Engineers Callum and Ben from Fresh by Design have completed the installation of a state of the art filter system for our small scale fish farm. We are all excited to start farming fish and have the students involved in every aspect of fish production. When at capacity we will produce around 80- 120 kg of fish annually. Fish farming is a fast growing industry in Australia and having our keen students experienced in the techniques of the  business will give them an advantage if they are to enter into a career in this area.
