There are 2 fitness classes run before school in the canteen, that anyone can join, students or staff. Monday mornings at 7:20 am Mr Roberts runs resistance training working on strength, mobility and cardio that anyone can do.
Tuesday mornings 7:00 am is when Mrs Norris runs Spin classes which require you to sign up for in the Science Staffroom. See Mr Roberts or Mr/Mrs Norris with any questions.
