It is great to see former student and School Captain 2015 Dakota Feirer conducting these workshops.
Having grown up on Yuin country and graduating from an honours degree at UOW Dakota has been carving a path as an independent researcher, educator and advocate for healing country.

The school has been advised of the following information from Marshall's in relation to the school bus service. As from Monday 12 July we will no longer be allowing surfboards, bicycles or other large and bulky items to be transported to school on the bus.

Debaters from our years 7 & 8 debating teams clashed over whether every student should be made to learn a musical instrument. Our students were commended for their fantastic rebuttal and for points that really considered the impact this decision would have on people.

We are excited to have started preparing for Southern Stars! Students from the Dance Group attended their first rehearsal at Illawarra Sports Stadium where we joined several other schools to rehearse our dance number.

Madeleine W recently competed in the state semi-finals of the Plain Speaking Award in Parramatta. The competition involved both a prepared speech and an impromptu speech. We are so proud of Maddie's passion for public speaking and how well she has represented our school this year!
