Yesterday the year 12 hospitality class visited The River Moruya. This was a great opportunity for us to see the techniques we have learnt in class and practised in our restaurant, in action at a local establishment.

A memory from 1970 published in The Examiner/Southern Star, 12 August 1970. Note the last paragraph of the article. Well, in 2021 our extra fine library boasts over 14,000 resources and over 3400 resources have been used so far this year.

The physical impact of the pandemic has mostly spared our young people, however as the nation remains to be on alert and in various stages of lockdown, restrictions continue to be mandated.

Students should not attend school if unwell, even with mild symptoms of COVID-19. Any person with any COVID-19 symptoms should be sent home and should not return until they have received a negative test result and are symptom-free.

Based on Health advice, the first week of Term 3 for schools in Regional NSW will be with strict COVID restrictions.
